1. Agreement

By accessing Mind of War or purchasing any product offered here, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make a purchase.

2. Products

We sell digital field manuals delivered electronically. Each product description, including price, is shown at the point of sale. We may add, change, or discontinue products at any time. Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout.

3. Payment

Mind of War is operated by Haligraph Publishing, the seller of record for all purchases. Payments are processed by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal; your card details are handled directly by them and are never seen or stored by us. By completing checkout you also agree to the applicable terms of the payment provider you choose. Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout, plus any taxes required for your location, which are shown before you pay.

4. Delivery

Access to purchased products is delivered to the email address provided at checkout and is available in your account, typically immediately after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check spam or filtered folders.

5. Accounts

You may create an account to view your orders and access your downloads. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You can request deletion of your account at any time through our contact page.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund period on all products. If you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of purchase through our contact page and we’ll refund your payment in full. After 7 days, sales are final. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

7. License & Use

On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and read the product for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

Products are provided “as is,” for informational and educational purposes, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind of War is not liable for any damages arising from the use of its products or this site.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
